Continued Second State of Emergency & Special cash payments to newborn babies

Dear JAR’s clients,

On 5th March 2021, Japanese government decided to extend the state of emergency in Tokyo and three neighboring prefectures until 21st March 2021.

Important Points of the State of Emergency Extension:

DurationTwo weeks (7th March ~ 21st March 2021)
AreaTokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa
Outings
  • Stay home, except for hospital visits / grocery shopping / going to work.
  • Avoid going out after 8:00 pm.
SchoolsPrimary & junior high & senior high schools will stay open.

Special cash payments to newborn babies:

Some cities and wards provide special cash payments to newborn babies who were born after 28th April 2020, based on the Shinseiji Tokubetsu Teigaku Kyufukin Program.

This program varies in practice, depending on each city office in terms of the amount of cash and the application details. Please contact the city office or JAR.

La prolongation du deuxième état d’urgence et Paiements spéciaux aux nouveau-nés

Chers clients de JAR,

Le 5 mars 2021, le gouvernement japonais a décidé de prolonger l’état d’urgence à Tokyo et dans les trois autres préfectures voisines jusqu’au 21 mars 2021.

Points importants de l’extension de l’état d’urgence

  • Restez à la maison, sauf pour les visites à l’hôpital / l’épicerie / le travail.
  • Évitez de sortir après 20h00.

Paiements spéciaux aux nouveau-nés

Certaines villes et quartiers offrent des paiements en espèces spéciaux aux nouveau-nés nés après le 28 avril 2020, sur la base du programme Shinseiji Tokubetsu Teigaku Kyufukin.

Ce programme varie dans la pratique, en fonction de chaque mairie en termes de montant d’argent et de détails de la demande. Pour plus de détails, veuillez contacter directement la mairie ou le JAR.

JARのクライアントのみなさんへ、

2021年（ねん）3月（がつ）5日（か）に、日本（にほん）政府（せいふ）は東京都（とうきょうと）、千葉県（ちばけん）、埼玉県（さいたまけん）、神奈川県（かながわけん）について、緊急事態宣言（きんきゅうじたいせんげん）を3月（がつ）21日（にち）まで延長（えんちょう）することを決（き）めました。

延長（えんちょう）の期間（きかん）3/7~3/21の2週間（2しゅうかん）
延長（えんちょう）の地域（ちいき）東京（とうきょう）、千葉（ちば）、埼玉（さいたま）、神奈川（かながわ）
外出（がいしゅつ）
  • 買（か）い物（もの）や病院（びょういん）へ行（い）く以外（いがい）は、家（いえ）で過（す）ごしてください。
  • 毎日(まいにち)、夜(よる)の８時を過（す）ぎたら、できるだけ外(そと)に出（で）ないでください。
学校（がっこう）小学校（しょうがっこう）、中学校（ちゅうがっこう）、高校（こうこう）はつづきます。休みになりません。

新（あたら）しく生まれた赤（あか）ちゃんのためのお金（かね）について:

新（あたら）しく生まれた赤（あか）ちゃんのために、お金（かね）を出（だ）す区（く）や市（し）があります。新生児特別定額給付金（しんせいじとくべつていがくきゅうふきん）という名前（なまえ）のお金（かね）です。
市役所（しやくしょ）か区役所（くやくしょ）に、そのお金（かね）があるか、聞（き）いてみてください。親（おや）がお金（かね）をもらうために、そこに申（もう）し込（こ）みができるかもしれないからです。

2020/4/28-2021/4/1に生（う）まれたお子（こ）さんの親（おや）は、まずはJARに電話（でんわ）してください。
